Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Introduction

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to the Miracify RiseUp - Career Assessment Platform (“Platform”), operated by Miracify Private Limited (CIN: U58202PN2023PTC223584), with its registered office at G.no.113/7b, Shivchaitnya Nagar, Phursungi, Pune, Haveli, Maharashtra, India – 412308.

2. Nature of Services

Miracify provides digital services including career assessments, reports, and platform access, primarily to schools and educational institutions.

3. No Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital services:

  • Once access to the Platform is granted or an assessment is completed, no refunds will be provided

  • Reports generated are non-returnable and non-refundable

4. Cancellation Policy

For Schools / Institutions:

  • Cancellation requests must be made before account activation or student access is provided

  • Once services are activated, cancellation may not be eligible for refund

For Individual Users (if applicable):

  • Once an assessment is started or completed, cancellation is not permitted

5. Exceptional Cases

Refunds may be considered only in the following situations:

  • Duplicate payment made due to technical error

  • Payment made but service not delivered due to a verified system issue

Such requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

6. Refund Processing

If a refund is approved:

  • It will be processed within 7–10 business days

  • The amount will be credited to the original payment method
