Miracify RiseUp, an initiative by Miracify Private Limited (“we,” “our,” or “us”), provides various services, including scholarships, career assessments, and other educational or professional development services. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains the rules for refunds and cancellations of any paid services offered on our website.
By using our paid services, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Scope
This policy applies to:
- Paid career assessments
- Application processing fees (if applicable)
- Any other paid services provided by Miracify RiseUp
Scholarships themselves are free of charge; this policy does not apply to scholarships or funding awards.
2. Cancellation of Services
- Users may request cancellation of a paid service before it has been delivered or processed.
- Cancellation requests must be sent via email to riseup@miracify.com with your full name, transaction ID, and service details.
- Once a service has been delivered (e.g., assessment report issued, application processed, or other service completed), it cannot be canceled.
3. Refunds
- Refund requests will be reviewed and processed within 7-14 business days.
- Refunds will be granted only if:
- The service was not delivered due to a technical or administrative error on our part.
- A cancellation request was received before the service was delivered.
- Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the transaction.
- Miracify RiseUp reserves the right to decline refunds in cases of misuse, fraud, or violation of our Terms & Conditions.
4. Partial Refunds
- Partial refunds may be provided at our discretion for services partially delivered.
- The refund amount will be calculated based on the portion of the service not yet delivered.
5. No Refunds for Scholarships
- Scholarship funds awarded through Miracify RiseUp are not refundable, as these are granted by us or our partner organizations for the intended purpose.

7. Governing Law
This Refund & Cancellation Policy is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Shivajinagar, Pune.
