This Trademark Policy outlines the use, protection, and permitted usage of trademarks associated with Miracify RiseUp - Career Assessment Platform (“Platform”), operated and owned by Miracify Private Limited (CIN: U58202PN2023PTC223584), having its registered office at G.no.113/7b, Shivchaitnya Nagar, Phursungi, Pune, Haveli, Maharashtra, India – 412308.

2. Ownership of Trademark

“Miracify” is a registered trademark and is the exclusive property of Miracify Private Limited.

All rights, title, and interest in and to the “Miracify” name, brand, logo, and all associated intellectual property belong solely to Miracify Private Limited.

3. Scope of Ownership

All brand-related elements, including but not limited to:

Name “Miracify”
Logos and visual identity
Taglines and brand assets
Platform name “Miracify RiseUp”

are owned and controlled exclusively by Miracify Private Limited.

4. Permitted Use

Use of the Miracify trademark is allowed only:

With prior written permission from Miracify Private Limited
By authorized schools or institutional partners strictly for platform-related communication
For factual, non-misleading references to the Platform

5. Prohibited Use

You may not:

Use the “Miracify” name, logo, or branding without authorization
Copy, modify, or imitate any brand elements
Register or use any name, logo, or domain that is identical or confusingly similar
Misrepresent any association, partnership, or endorsement

6. Use by Schools and Partners

Authorized schools and partners:

May use the name “Miracify” only in relation to the Platform
Must follow branding guidelines (if provided)
Must not claim ownership of the Platform or trademark

Any unauthorized use or suspected infringement should be reported to:

8. Enforcement

Miracify Private Limited reserves full rights to take legal action against any misuse, infringement, or unauthorized use of its trademark and intellectual property.
